We do need the foreign players to improve the standard of soccer but along with it we also need to increase our search and groom talent at grassroots level. This simple, yet powerful strategy will bring in a dramatic change in soccer in India. So come on Goa please don’t sulk in with FC Goa’s loss but let’s cherish the birth of soccer legends from Goa. There are lots of Cavins and Milagres in Goa, just waiting for the moment. Is FC Goa ready to give them the platform to show their talent? Only time will tell.
