Congratulations to Curchorem MLA Nilesh Cabral for taking the initiative of launching the first free WiFi internet service in Goa at the Kadamba bus stop, Cabral called upon all MLAs to begin such services in their constituencies.
MLAs should take a leaf out of Cabral’s book and commence such services initially in market places for the benefit of local village people. In Calangute free WiFi will be an added tourist attraction. Many tourists visit Goa during week-ends and are in need of internet connectivity.
Calangute MLA Michael Lobo may consider providing free internet from the market area to the beach. This will immensely benefit locals and tourists.
