APJ Kalam, the greatest and the most respectful leader of our nation is no more. Coming from a humble and simple background, he rose to become the scientist, the missile man and then the most popular president of our country. He was popularly known as people’s president in India. He was not a political leader yet he became president and made political decision for our country.
He used to say that the best way to resolve political problems is to follow the Constitutions. He was a statesman, scientist and a president of our nation. Indeed, it is a rare combination. He is the recipient of the highest civilian award in our country. He had tremendous love for students. He never missed an occasion to ignite their minds and encourage them to become courageous leaders. He used to constantly say to the students whatever mission you do, start liking it, once you like it you will do well.
He was a motivational speaker and addressed a large number of students in different institutions in our country and finally he collapsed while delivering a lecture to the students at IIM Shillong.
