Minorities harassed

The MHRD issued a circular, copies of which were in the hands of National TV Channels wherein the CBSE Schools were told to keep schools open on Christmas Day. The Minister of the MHRD tweeted that there was no such circular. This is the trademark of the BJP: to speak untruths like they are the absolute truth. Such kind of mischief is meant to threaten/frighten the Christians.
On Teachers Day, though the MHRD circular said attendance was voluntary, the Director of Education in Goa made it mandatory and followed it up by getting schools to submit the attendance on the day. It is a pity that the Court did not take cognizance of this ‘apparent’ bungling by the Director whose action compromised thousands of children.
On NDTV, BJP Leader   Subramanian Swamy said the PM was committed to Hindutva on which plank they came to power: in this case there is only one recourse left to our Catholic BJP MLA’s in Goa. They can no longer hide from the truth.
