Parsekar, 2017 is not far away!

People of Goa voted for the BJP in 2012 as they were upset and angry at the dismal and corrupt governance of the previous Congress party. Secondly, they had forgiven Parrikar for his mistakes of cancelling public holiday on Good Friday after he publicly apologised for the same. His mistakes stood dwarfed against his tall clean image and intelligent mind. Now, fast forward to 2015, Parrikar has exited; and about the governance, the less said about it the better.
Corruption has actually reached the sky, with Parrikar openly admitting that corruption runs deep in all the government offices. Running the police department is like flogging a dead horse. To add fuel to the fire, all kinds of communal elements who actually have the support of the ruling party come to Goa and freely preach communal disharmony in our peaceful Goa. It looks like the BJP has not learned anything from its past mistakes. It is time for Parsekar to take the bull by its horn by taking strict actions against communal remarks. 2017 is not far away; Parsekar and his BJP team are skating on thin ice for a far too long now. Goans may be sussegad, but they surely have a strong memory!
