It is appreciated that Calangute MLA Michael Lobo is against the helmet rule on village roads. It is fact that one cannot carry a helmet to the market or church or temple nor can be left on the motorcycle. The State government needs to understand the difficulties and hardships faced by people and needs to relax such rule.
