ABKP calls MoI policy a poll stunt

Instead of making Konkani, Marathi and other Indian languages the only medium of instruction eligible for grant-in-aid at the primary level, the BJP government has evolved a hybrid system of Indian languages and English which could be misused by schools to claim grant-in-aid for English medium primary schools, says the press release.
