Aadhaar violates Pink film logic

There is no second opinion that the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) evades various privacy policies that all citizens are entitled to. All the arguments by government against it are absurd and have no base or logic. Now it is reported that the government says, “Citizens don’t have absolute right over their bodies”. It is absurd logic in view of latest socio-economic changed scenario in the country also as depicted rightly in the movie “Pink” that if a woman — may be wife / or girl friend or prostitute if she says no for touching her body no one has a right to do so!
Also, the Centre told the Supreme Court that citizens could not claim “absolute” right over their body parts and refuse to give digital samples of their fingerprints and iris for Aadhaar enrolment. This kind of proof is valid only for criminal activities of serious nature like murder, etc. but in no way filing of income tax return and such type of other activities. This kind of thinking of government is of very low level – soch bahut nichi hai! The fact is that it is the ego of all persons behind it who do not want to accept their mistake of making / introducing Aadhaar at first instance -apni galti manney ko tayaar nahi hai. If they do so their position / power would let down!
The most important is that Aadhaar details can be hacked very easily.
In the larger interest of the country, it is better that the use of Aadhaar card be abandoned. Remember that political parties and governments implement schemes according to their own convenience, but it is the citizens that have to bear the brunt of them.
