Board exams actually get us crazy. The continuous preparations, sacrifice of entertainment, waking up early morning etc. are what we do to ensure we produce superb results. But it is equally important to be brave to brave untoward situations. Sometimes even after thorough study we may get confused and left with no avail, sometimes we know so much but unable to manage the time and so on. Being brave here consists in broadening one’s horizon.
One must realise that these exams though are very important in so much as they may decide our career, but are not the end of the world. So if something otherwise happens one must learn to relax and take a deep breath. For instance, despite of your hard work you are faced with a question which you aren’t able to answer.
You may tend to think, is it out if the syllabus? You may be bugged by it but stay calm. Switch to a different question answer that and you will notice that your brain will immediately produce an answer for the question you had left aside. The question is actually phrased in a different manner you weren’t used to that’s it.
Before entering your examination hall drink some water to keep your body temperature normal. Give your best in the presentation of every answer, if you have forgotten some part of an answer, do not worry just concentrate explaining the point you know best. Present the answer paper neat and clean. After answering each paper do not stress yourself over how badly you have done in the previous paper but focus on the next. As said earlier, life is transient, there is lot more awaiting for you after these exams. These are just to find out whether you are capable to face this competent world. And that depends solely on you being brave and not intelligent. Because people who were brave were able to rise despite of umpteen failures. Be brave my friend.
All the very best to SSC students and all those who would be writing your board exams.
