Long live secular India

The time Narendra Modi led BJP government has come to power at the centre, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is aggressively seen trying to give maximum mileage for his organisation by making a lot of stupid speeches and advising Indians on a variety of issues,

especially patriotism, nationalism etc, by misusing even national channels.
The one thing I still don’t understand is that who is this Mohan Bhagwat and why is the Indian media giving him so much of publicity for all his antics? Is he a Supreme Court judge or a president of India? Absolutely no but he is the chief of India’s most dangerous fascist organisation, namely the RSS, which is operating to spread hatred against its own citizens on caste/religious lines and still fighting to establish a Taliban-type “Hindutva-rashtra” entirely based on mythological fiction.
This same RSS chief, whose organisation is well known for carrying violent attacks against its own citizens and their religious places shouting slogans like “Bharat Mata ki Jai”, “Vande Mataram” was recently heard once again advising young students/Indians to shout similar slogans to display their patriotism for this country. Now, what does this man really understand about the word nationalism and patriotism? Does he think that by merely raising a few slogans and displaying the tricolour, one can automatically become a big patriot in this country?
To become a true patriot, one needs to have love in the heart and not hatred. One should also have love and respect for one’s own citizens not based on religion but entirely based on common sense. I have heard that Mohan Bhagwat’s RSS has recently reportedly decided to replace their khaki shorts with trousers keeping with the times. Well, simply replacing khaki shorts with trousers or even with jeans won’t help because people like Bhagwat should seriously learn to change their communal mindset first and then dream of lecturing others on patriotism and nationalism in India.
Long live positive thinking people in India. Down with all born communal-minded people, the real anti-nationals of this country who are living only to spread hatred against their own citizens to divide India. Long live secular India.
