Malls 24×7 not viable

The Union Cabinet has crafted a new model law that allows movie halls, restaurants, malls, shops and other commercial establishments (except factories) to operate round the clock in a move expected to boost employment generation. The implementation of the law will, however, depend on state governments as it is only advisory in nature. Remember night is to sleep and rest not for shopping and loitering on roads etc.
Already jobs are stressful as it is 24×7 – work from home too. Health is not well with most youth. Home is not for office working. There is no personal life for the youth. Healthy and happy life must be balanced between work and leisure. To remain healthy and hearty, time must be divided for work, family and spiritual activities too.
To achieve the goal of healthy India and more employment, there should be strict rules for working of a person say not more than 6-8 hours only, no office work from home – those violating it – the employers must be penalized with a fine say of Rs 1 crore and cancelling of their licences to run their commercial establishment. Employees must have a written contract with employers that they will not be required to work from home at any cost and also not at odd hours of night etc. If these suggestions are accepted that will create more employment as companies will recruit more persons ,instead of taking work of two-three persons from a single employee.
Also it is observed that in some malls and cinema halls (especially in some of South Delhi posh areas) have no necessary facility of drinking water at all. In fact at each floor water coolers must be provided. The basic facilities with Swachch Bharat motive cleanliness and essential basic facilities must be provided not only at malls, cinema halls but in all commercial establishments.
If commercial establishments are opened 24×7 it will give a valid reasoning for anti-social elements to loiter and remain in streets and trouble others by petty to serious crimes too. As it is a fact that practically police cannot check cent percent crimes in the society.
