Right time to act against kannadigas

It is high time Goa acts tough with migrants. They have taken Goa for granted as they have the backing of our political ‘beggars’ who support these migrants for their votes.

This is the right time for our Government to act tough. Night patrolling should be started at various places like footpaths,  building corridors, railway stations, bus stands,  etc. to check these migrants sleeping in these places and force them out.   These places are not their residences.  If they are interested in living in Goa let them rent out premises if they find it too costly to purchase.
They encroach on Government/Public land and build illegal structures and with the blessing of our ‘beggars’ (politicians) get power/water connections and other facilities.  They then demand rehabilitation when these structures are ordered to be demolished.
It is reported that Karnataka Government dispatched Karnataka Police Team to Baina to investigate the illegal structures of the migrants from Karnataka. and that too without seeking permission from authorities from Goa. This speaks of how much the Karnataka Government is concerned about the well being of their people.
Goans get only harassment when they apply for residential constructions, power and water connections, ration cards, etc. We are required to produce proper documents.  Whereas when these migrants put up their illegal structures, our Government machinery  looks the other side and to cap it all they are given power/water connection without production of proper documents. Goans going to other states stay in rented accommodations, not on public places.
Goans have never created law and order problems anywhere they have migrated in search of jobs or otherwise. Let the migrants follow our example. Karnataka farmers do not supply Goa milk, fruits, veggies and  meat free of cost.
It is business for them and they earn by selling this to Goa. Karnataka Government is not capable of providing jobs to all these labourers, and is happy if they migrate to Goa in search of their daily bread. Let these migrants go back to their respective states and as these states have surplus milk, fruits, veggies and meat, it will serve them as their free daily bread. I hope our Government  awakes. Mr Chief Minister, are you listening?
