What is your idea of New India?

Nation is built by a cumulative process of established trusted institutions of national government, education, defence, elections, land registry, import customs, foreign trade, foreign diplomacy, banking, finance, taxation, company registration, police, law, etc.

A Government must invest in education and training: A well-educated and skilled workforce is crucial for a strong nation. By investing in education and training, a country can ensure that its citizens have the knowledge and skills needed to compete in the global economy and participate in the workforce. However we see the governments of states and central spend money to build Temple of Rs 1800 crores, New Parliament House of  Rs 2000 crores, Valmiki airport of  Rs 1750 crores, Patel statue worth Rs 3000 crores,  Shivaji  Maharaj statue for Rs 4000 crores.

Building Temple, Mosque, Church, Gurudwara is the responsibility of respective communities and definitely not of the Government.  Government work is to run country by maintaining peace, love, unity, development, providing employment, safety, education system, hospitals etc.

People have to identify the leaders of the political parties who are misleading them with lies after lies, false propaganda and by taking them to the past. Our founding fathers of this country who fought for our independence had a vision to  make our country great with values of secularism, pluralism and diversified culture and hence people living in New India have to respect their decision for having been given a beautiful identity to our nation before the world. Otherwise installing statues of our freedom fighters is all waste of money.

People should stop indulging  themselves in the politics of hate, religion and statues. Do not allow your political leaders to brainwash you in the name of religion. Do not mix religion with politics. Religion is sacred, politics is authority and power. Greedy and cunning politicians have turned politics into ugly game to stay in power. They have forgotten that actually politics is a noble cause to serve the nation and it’s people.

People have to be careful and be alert at the time of election as politicians will use religion to polarise people. Instead people should know, learn and study about the taxes you pay to the government and how the tax payer’s money is used to write  off loan of the rich businessmen.

Every citizen should know the debt of our nation. From independence till 2014 it was 54 lakh crore debt and from 2014 till  2024  it has increased to 120 lakh crores debt. So when you are not getting any freebies how did the debt of our country has increased so much?

Citizens have to get their basic rights of having 24×7, water, electricity, better roads, clean environment, food on their plates. The 2023 Global Hunger Index gives India a rank of 111 out of 125 countries. This indicates a hunger severity level of  ‘serious’ for the country. This also marks a fall from the previous year’s rank of 107 (2022)

As per Oxfam report 50% of the poorest population pay two thirds (64.3%) of Goods and Service tax  (GST) while richest population pay just 3-4% of GST.  If poor people pay more taxes then is it not right of the poor to get free ration? so why is guarantee needed in the first place? Sometimes it appears that our political leaders portray that they are doing a favour to the poor. Sadly, poor uneducated people do not understand that they contribute to the nation more than the rich. That is why building schools and investing in education is necessary and people have to look around which party or government is focusing on education, health and basic needs of the people. Now,  people you decide what is your idea of New India? What you want your country to be after  knowing the facts and figures.

Show your love for your Mother land not by shouting slogans but by your actions – actions that build up and not tear down our nation.
