PONDA: Ponda Police arrested Amogh Naik, aged 30, from Tamshirem Borim and his nine workers engaged in an illegal extraction of sand from Zuvari River near Old Borim Bridge.
All were caught red-handed while extracting sand. The police have taken the possession of one canoe and pump used for extraction of sand.
