PANJIM: The NCP Goa has dared the State government to fulfil its earlier announcement of creating 10,000 jobs before the upcoming Assembly elections, failing which the party said it proves that BJP was using this to woo voters.
While addressing the media persons outside the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), following their meeting with the EDC Managing Director on Tuesday, NCP General Secretary Sanjay Barde accused the State government of playing with the sentiments of unemployed youth of Goa.
Barde said the BJP government was only making promises of job creation with no intention of filling it before the Code of Conduct sets in and that such promises are meant only for elections.
