VASCO: The Vasco Urban Health Centre has finally confirmed that 12 dengue and 100 such suspected cases have been detected in the port town.
Dr Rashmi Khandeparkar of Urban Health Centre of Vasco informed that are 100 suspected dengue cases were detected in July and August in the port town. However, she confirmed that of the 12 dengue cases detected in the port town, in one case, the victim succumbed. Khandeparkar said five malaria cases were detected however, there were no chikungunya cases reported this monsoon in Vasco.
