PANJIM: The State government on Wednesday by separate orders transferred 16 senior scale officers and 13 junior scale officers in public interest with immediate effect.
The senior scale officers transferred are Shripad Arlekar posted as Director (Administration) of Health Services; Dr Geeta Nagvekar posted as Director (Administration) of PWD.
Tushar Halarnkar has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary (Home). Clen Madeira has been posted as Secretary of Goa Rehabilitation Board.
Rohit Kadam has been transferred and posted as chief officer of Margao Municipal Council in place of while, Agnelo Fernandes, who has now been posted as Member Secretary of Goa State Commission for Backward Classes.
Neha A Naik Panvelkar has been posted as Managing Director of Goa Housing Board. Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes Vishant Naik Gaunekar has been posted as Managing Director of Goa Education Development Corporation (GEDC) and Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes. Chandresh Kunkalkar will now be the Additional Commissioner of State Taxes. Shenal Naik Goltekar has been transferred and posted as Director of Science and Technology.
Deepesh Priolkar has been transferred and posted as Member Secretary of Goa Football Development Council (GFDC).
Director of Education Bhushan Savaikar has been transferred and posted as Secretary of Goa State Information Commission in place of Mahadev Araundekar, who will now be the Special Land Acquisition Officer (SLAO) of Goa Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC).
