PONDA: In a rash and negligent driving case, a speeding container dashed two cattle at Khandepar-Kerya road killing them on the spot, while the container to fell on its side.
According to locals, the incident took place at 1.30 am on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday at Kerya where four lane road widening is progressing.
The locals say that during the day the road is made dangerous due to the dust pollution on account of NH widening, while during night time it is dangerous due to non-functioning streetlights.
