In the first case, one Gajanan Kerkar (40), a contractor by profession, committed suicide at his residence at Patantali Bandora by using nylon rope.
The family noticed the incident today morning and informed the Police. According to a suicide note left by the Kerkar, he committed suicide on his own and that no one should be held responsible for his suicide.
In the second case, a labourer Babul Roy (41), a native of Assam, working at Kundaim Industrial Estate committed suicide by hanging to a cashew tree in forest land. The incident took place late evening yesterday.
