MARGAO: Principal Sessions Judge Desmond D’Costa sentenced two persons to four years imprisonment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
It may be recalled that on March 28, 2015, 36-year-old Sudith Kumar Singh from Gaziabad and 28-year-old Paresh Lamani had allegedly assaulted a person when the Mangala Express arrived at the Margao railway station and left the victim in the train that was proceeding to north.
