PANJIM: The two ITI trainers from Goa – Vivek Naik and Sapana Poi Anglo have been awarded with Kaushalacharya 2020 by the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
Naik, a trainer from Government ITI, Cacora has been honoured for his contribution in the engineering stream while Anglo, a trainer from Government ITI, Margao has been awarded in the non-engineering stream.
The Union Ministry on Wednesday held a digital conclave in New Delhi to commemorate Teachers Day. The ministry felicitated outstanding skill trainers/vocational instructors from engineering and non-engineering trades from various ITIs across the country with ‘Kaushalacharya 2020’ award.
Naik has been awarded with second position at National level in engineering stream while Anglo received third place in non-engineering stream.
