VASCO: Verna Police on Friday arrested two migrant labourers accused of allegedly killing another labourer in Velsao, on Friday evening, on some petty issue.
In a shocking incident, a labourer was reportedly beaten to death by two other labourers, who are all working as manual labourers on a fishing boat.
According to police, on Friday evening, three labourers were drunk and started quarrelling with each other over some petty issue. The argument later turned violent, the two labourers allegedly assaulted the other labourer with wooden stick in which he succumbed. The police after receiving the information rushed at the crime scene and detained the two labourers.
Further investigation is in progress.
