2 officers to deal with RTI applications
PANJIM (HR):?Following the High Court directions, the Goa Coastal Management Authority (GCZMA) on Thursday appointed Legal Assistant of GCZMA as Public Information Officer and Office Assistant of GCZMA as Assistant Public Information Officer to deal with the applications received from the public under the Right To Information Act, 2005.
The Member Secretary, GCZMA will be the First Appellate Authority (FAA) under the Act against the decision of the PIO/APIO as far as the Coastal Authority is concerned.
