MARGAO: The Margao police conducted a prostitution raid at the Railway Station Road in Margao and caught two women while soliciting male members for prostitution in open public place. The police informed that one woman Reshma Nayekar, aged 30 yrs, is a resident of Hubli and the other woman Mary Babu Naik, age 30 yrs, is a resident of Karwar. Police Inspector Kapil Nayak led the team that conducted the raid. The duo have been charged with crimes under Section 8 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956.
