20 Pali cows died due to alkalosis, reveals post-mortem

Valpoi: The 20 cows, from Pali village died due to Alkalosis and rumen impaction as per the post mortem report. The samples of the dead cows, were sent for testing at the Western Region Disease Diagnostic laboratory, Pune.

Valpoi: The 20 cows, from Pali village died due to Alkalosis and rumen impaction as per the post mortem report. The samples of the dead cows, were sent for testing at the Western Region Disease Diagnostic laboratory, Pune. 
The report came three days ago and from May 24, no deaths have been reported revealed the officer of Animal Husbandry Department, Valpoi. 
On May 23 the head of the department of animal husbandry and veterinary services completed the post mortem of a dead cow in Pali village. The Veterinary Officer Dr. Nicet, Dr. Narendra Naik, Sandeep Gaonkar, Vasudev Dhuri and other officials were present at the time the postmortem was being conducted.
