BICHOLIM: Twenty-year-old Shailesh Gawas from Latambarcem died on the spot, while two others were seriously injured in a car accident at Navelim bridge at Sanquelim.
According to the available information the incident occurred at around 1 pm, when the driver of Innova car, plying from Kundai to Sanquelim lost control over the vehicle and plunged into the river.
While Gawas died on the spot, Aftab Shaikh from Valpoi and Neemai Patra were injured.
