BICHOLIM: The Chief Minster Dr Pramod Sawant on Friday said that soon they would depute a 24-hour doctor at Velgaum for the benefit of the rural villagers.
CM was recently speaking at an inaugural function at Velgaum in Sanquelim. He further said that in near future there would be a need to upgrade the Velgaum RMD into a fulltime PHC.
