PANJIM: The Goa Police will soon issue orders promoting 28 police sub inspectors (PSIs) to the rank of police inspectors (PIs).
The order is likely to be issued this week as sources said out of the 28 to-be promotees, 6 will be holding officiating charge.
Meanwhile, Goa Police on Wednesday promoted 57 head constables to the rank of assistant sub inspectors. They have been asked to submit their acceptance letter to the office of headquarters immediately.
Another order promoting 57 constables to the rank of head constables is also likely to be issued shortly.
