In a tragic accident between a bike and a truck, a 28-year-old woman named Supriya Mhamal lost her life in an accident at Askawada, Mandrem on Saturday. Mhamal, a resident of Junaswada, Mandrem was on her way to work when her two-wheeler collided with a truck.
Locals state that Mhamal’s bike got stuck in the mud. The panchayat also blamed the concerned dept and the concerned contractor for not fixing the roads after installing underground cables.
