VALPOI: Three shops were robbed on Sunday late night at Kerim village in Sattari. These shops include a general store, a stationery and an hotel outlet.
Most of shops in Kerim village have installed CCTVs. However, these shops which were robbed didn’t have CCTVs.
The thieves reportedly entered in these shops by climbing down the roof and decamped with Rs 15,000 cash. They have also stolen cashew packets, sweets, equipments and the other material from these shops. The shop owners said they also used the shops to answer the call of nature.
