COLLEM: The 31st Annual General body meeting of Goa Aided Schools Staff Credit Co-operative Society Ltd, Sancordem-Dharbandoda, was recently convened at late Sadashive Marathe Samaj Mandir hall, Pilium-Dharbandoda.
Sanvordem MLA Ganesh Gaonkar was the chief guest for the felicitation programme, Balkrishna Prabhudessai was the guest of honour, while Society Chairman Prof Ramesh Varpekar presided over the programme.
Retired teacher, Chandrakant Naik, who is also a member of the society, was felicitated by the chief guest. Children of the members who passed SSC, HSSC, graduate and engineering in March 2013 exams were also felicitated by the chief guest. The students included Sahidnya Sandeep Patil, Roshni Varpekar, Shreya Naik, Anisha Dessai, Ishani Sahakari, Pratiksha Lad, Veena Kaskar, Shresh Naik, Dhattaraj Ghate, Apurva Naik, Kshitija Sangodkar, Chetan Shirodkar, Tejas Nadkarni and Deepraj Velingkar (SSC), Vidisha Vivek Padiyar and Sneha Vetrekar (HSSC), Anuja Pinge and Tanvesh Nadkarni (engineering) and Anupa Ankush Prabhu (Medical).
