VASCO: The Verna police on Sunday arrested Dulan Kanwar (39), a native of Assam and currently residing at Velsao-Pale, on the charge of raping a minor girl.
According to the police, the incident came to light when the parents took their daughter to a doctor for a medical check-up where they were told that the minor was two months pregnant.
