PONDA: Four employees of the Mhaisal, Panchawadi Shiroda water treatment plant were hospitalised at the South Goa District Hospital at Margao after they complained uneasiness due to chlorine leakage here.
Sources state there was leakage reported at the chlorine tank inside the water treatment plant at around 5 pm and a team of experts rushed to the spot and plugged it.
The Curchorem fire station officials also rushed to the spot and deputed a fire tender at the site.
Meanwhile the condition of the hospitalised employees is learnt to be stable.
