DABOLIM: Tourists from 43 countries will be charged 40 dollars as fees if they want to avail Visa on Arrival (VoA) facility. Authorities have set up the counter at Dabolim Airport to facilitate the same.
Speaking to Herald, Dabolim Airport Terminal Manager Anil Thakur stated that Goa is one of the 12 places where the government has permitted the VoA facility for tourists entering into the country. The Dabolim airport has started the VoA facility on arrival since December 4 to tourists from 43 countries, including Germany, Israel, Brazil, Luxemberg, Japan and Indonesia. “The counters erected to issue VoA facilities to tourists are monitored with web cameras and scanners for security and official activities,” Thakur informed.
