A 52-year-old person from Chicalim succumbed to COVID infection, at COVID Hospital, Margao, early Tuesday morning. Reliable sources informed that the person was initially keeping well and was not having any comorbid condition.
The COVID fatalities from the Vasco area are far from over. On Tuesday, one more middle-aged person, resident of Chicalim village, who was tested positive a few days back, lost his battle to the infection.
