The State Health Department has stated that 56% of the 3956 people who
died due to Covid infection, did not take a single dose of Covid vaccine.
“Don’t fall prey to false information and take the dose,” it advised. People
have also been advised to wear masks and observe Covid appropriate behaviour
during Ganesh Chaturthi.
The third wave has not ended and cases are hovering
around 100. Doctors advised to take individual responsibility and keep one’s
family and friends safe this Chaturthi.
