MARGAO: The two-day sixth edition of Goa Property Expo 2014 got underway at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, on Saturday. The event was inaugurated at the hands of Credai Goa unit President Dr Desh Jaganath Prabhudessai.
In his address, Prabhudessai complimented the Herald group for organising the property Expo, saying it helps to bring builders and customers under one roof. “Herald Group is doing a great service to society by organizing such events. Such events are of great importance to builders who have been facing recession as well to customers who have the advantage of having various property promoters under one roof giving wide choice and also to differentiate various amenities offered”, he said after inaugurating the expo.
He further said that such expo gives opportunity for investors to buy and invest in Goa and meet some of the best builders in the state under one roof.
Participating in the property expo are reputed developers of commercial/industrial real estates, dealers in building materials, professionals from industry, renovators, contractors and financial institutions.
Participants in the exhibition include Akar Realty, Prabhudesai Realtors, Crossroads Elite, Trusted Dyna Developers, Civilco Engineers & Associates, Cityscape Developers, Prudential Developers, Dyna Developers Cement and Metal Crafts, JADSER and A N Kumar a real estate agent in Pune and Goa with seven years of experience combined with Feng Shui and Vastu Knowledge to help sellers use Feng Shui principles. The event will be open from 10 am to 8.30 pm at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, till Sunday May 18.
