Dr M P Silveira from GMC, Bambolim, had filed a complaint against the accused, who allegedly failed to provide proper treatment to the victim Satya Vaishnavi.
The accused are: Anuj Tiwari, Francisco Vaz, Vinay Sanvordekar, Prakash Manohardas, Chirag Bhandare, Brijeeta Shiralkar and Reena Kamat.
One is a hospital administrator, 4 are doctors with MBBS degrees, and the other two are doctors with BAMS degrees.
They have been booked under Section 304 A of IPC. Further investigation is in progress.
