MAPUSA: Ninety five candidates in fray Mapusa Municipal Council election after former councillor Francisco Carvalho lost his chance for failing to produce OBC certificate since ward 7 where he filed his nomination is reserved for OBC and Samrudhi Vaigankar disqualified from contesting in ward 17 as she doesn’t meet the minimum age of 21 years to contest election.
