 A Hindu priest (sitting) performs a traditional Tusli Vivah at Cortin in Panjim on Thursday. The festival also called as “Tulsi Lagin” or Vhodli Diwali” is the marriage of the tusli plant with Lord Vishnu, held annualy on the eleventh bright day of the month of Kaartika in the  lunisolar calendar.
