According to information, the AAI has been constructing residential quarters in a plot acquired at Alto Dabolim. As AAI commenced the construction without obtaining licence from the Chicalim panchayat, a show cause notice was issued to AAI.
AAI issued demolition notice
VASCO: The Chicalim Village Panchayat has issued demolition notice to the Airport Authority of India (AAI) directing it to demolish the “unauthorised” construction of residential quarters in Survey No 41/3 of Alto Dabolim within 30 days.
