MARGAO: Aam Admi Party State Vice-President Adv Pratima Coutinho on Friday refused to accept the notice sent by the Magistrate with regard to the incident at Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa’s house on July 10 and 11.
She alleged that the BJP government is trying to suppress her voice and is being harassed.
In the morning hours of Friday, the police personnel had gone to Adv Pratima’s house for serving the notice issued by the Magistrate, but she refused to accept it.
Speaking to the media persons, she said it is harassment by the BJP government to suppress her voice.
The AAP leader has been booked for violation of law related to curfew and spreading COVID infection.
