MARGAO: As the Anti-Corruption Bureau sought time to file its reply to the bail application moved by Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Babu Kavlekar, the Principal Sessions Judge Bharat P Deshpande adjourned the hearing to September 29.
The Public Prosecutor today moved an application seeking three days time to file the reply to the bail application filed by Kavlekar.
