MARGAO: Various activists from Salcete have appealed to the citizens of Goa to attend the public meeting on Water Revolution Day at Lohia Maidan, Margao, on June 18, aimed at creating awareness about the condition of rivers and water bodies in Goa and also to mobilise support for the ongoing State-wide Save Mhadei campaign. The general public was urged to come out on the streets to show their solidarity with problems affecting rivers.
