PANJIM: The Department of Tribal Welfare in association with UTAA will organise its 3rd Adivasi Vidhyarthi Sammelan at the Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir, Ponda on Saturday, November 13.
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant will be the chief guest.
