MARGAO: Thousands of AgniveerArmy aspirants from across India are going through demanding physical tests as part of the recruitment rally at 3 Military Training Regiment, under the aegis of the Headquarters 2 Signal Training Centre. The rally is being conducted until September 10, and the organisers have taken efforts to avoid inconveniencing the residents and commuters in Navelim.
The rally includes a batch of 100 candidates participating in a 1.6 km run, completed early in the day. The recruitment is being conducted after two years. A major highlight is the automation of the entire process using the e-recruitex software, which reduces human involvement and captures the biometrics of all stakeholders.
