PANJIM: All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge of Goa, Dinesh Gundu Rao is likely to visit Goa on Wednesday, June 16.
During his visit, Rao will attend the party’s programme at Margao on Friday, June 18, to commemorate 75 years of Goa Revolution Day and will also distribute prizes to the winners of essay competition organised by the party, to mark the occasion.
Though the programme will be finalised on Tuesday, party sources said that Rao will meet all 40 Block Congress Committee presidents and will also visit some of the Assembly constituencies and review the party’s organisation ahead of next Assembly elections.
There are also reports that the AICC in-charge may announce about the change in guard in the State.
