MARGAO: A picture of Churchill Alemao in Ripley’s – Believe or Not Magazine — has gone viral. In the magazine (November 21, 2015, edition), there is a caricature of Churchill behind bars. The caption reads “Churchill Alemao, a former Public Works Department minister of Goa, India, was arrested and sent to the Colvale Jail – which he personally laid the foundation for in 2010. The drawing was based on a submission by a Jaideep Moghe from Nagpur.
