MAPUSA: The 21-year-old Karnataka native who was earlier booked for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl is now booked under POCSO Act for raping a minor.
The Anjuna Police have registered another FIR against accused Albaz alias Afzal Noor Ahmed Khan, a native of Haveri, Karnataka and presently residing at Camurlim for sexually abusing a minor girl.
According to information received from SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi, a minor girl who is friend of the earlier victim has lodged a complaint against the accused stating that accused has been sexually abusing for the since last one year. Accordingly another FIR under Section 376 and Section 4 of POCSO Act has been registered.
