MARGAO: The Goa Su-Raj Party (GSRP) has taken a decision to disconnect all the links with Revolutionary Goans Party (RGP).
Party leaders of the GSRP have brought serious allegations against the RG and their team leader Manoj Parab of betrayal pertaining to registration of the party and allotment of the symbol to contest the elections.
Stating that not a single rupee has been deposited in the bank account opened at HDFC bank for the purpose of election expenditure, GSRP President Inacio Vaz has further questioned where the money has gone? GSRP has even appealed to the followers and people to think twice before supporting RGP candidates.
GSRP was the party who had shown courtesy and offered a political platform to the RG when their party was unable to get registration from the Election Commission, but as claimed by the GSRP, Manoj Parab and his team played a game of betrayal and backstab.
This is considered as yet another serious allegation against the RG after their own party member from Teleigao has accused Parab with regard to registration of the party.
Vaz, addressing media, along with GSRP founder President Floriano Vaz, and ex-executive member Zarinha D’cunha said that his party has finally decided not to go with RGP anymore.
